What is Shred Dead?
ShredDead, also written Shred Dead, is a relaxing zombie incremental with no fail state, made by Weird Penguin Games. Zombies walk an isometric street, your gun and hired soldiers shoot them, and anything that slips through falls into an industrial shredder. The Steam store lists the full game as released on 26 October 2026 for Windows and macOS. itch.io also lists a free HTML5 demo by fimor. SteamDB still records a Windows demo app (4900640), but its store page now redirects to Steam home.
A public demo video shows cursor aiming and soldiers firing automatically. It is a single pre-release-era source, so its damage values are not treated as current full-game stats. Three public videos report that shredder kills award no DNA; official store text does not document that detail.

What the shredder changes
Steam and itch descriptions present the game as having no lose condition. Public videos show a shredder-overload message during a horde, but official text does not establish its exact consequences. Three videos report no DNA from shredder kills (community evidence, not an official rule). Steam achievements confirm five named wave-completion achievements; they do not prove no further wave content exists.

ShredDead is not “shredded”
Search often rewrites shreddead as shredded, which is food and fitness slang, or as Shredead, a metal-band spelling. This site is about the Weird Penguin Games release on Steam app 4704520. It is also not Full Fat’s older mobile game Shred the Dead.
